Rules & guidlines
To ensure a comfortable stay for all members, we request guests to kindly follow these basic rules:
1. Eligibility: Accommodation is strictly for AIBOC members and their families / affiliates.
2. Booking: Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
3. Check-in / Check-out: Standard timings are 12:00 noon check-in and 11:00 am check-out (flexible subject to availability).
4. Identification: Valid AIBOC membership card / ID proof must be shown at the time of stay.
5. Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and cleanliness.
6. Visitors: Entry of outside visitors is restricted to common areas only.
7. No Smoking / No Alcohol: Use of tobacco, alcohol, or any prohibited substances is strictly banned within the premises.
8. Damages: Any damage to property will be chargeable to the guest concerned.
9. Cancellation: Cancellations should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
